Honey Mud Mask
Mix the following and leave on your skin for 20 minutes and then wash off
- High quality Manuka honey
-Dead Sea Mud Mask
It doesn't need to be a high quality Dead Sea mud. I fished mine out directly from the dead sea for free. You may not be able to hop over to the Dead Sea right this minute, but anything you feel is authentic is fine because the point is the minerals. But the salt can be drying. The honey will help both moisturize and also provide nutrients to the skin. It also acts as an anti-septic.
